NEW Theory Training
Large Goods Vehicle Category C1
(Vehicle up to 7.5 tonne)
A Category C1 licence will enable you to drive an LGV goods vehicle not exceeding 7.5tonnes with a trailer not exceeding 750kg. You are required to be at least 18, be medically fit and hold a full car licence.
Large Goods Vehicle Category C
(All Rigid Vehicles)
A Category C licence will enable you to drive an LGV goods vehicle weighing over 3500kg with a trailer not exceeding 750kg. You are required to be at least 18, be medically fit and hold a full car licence. We have an ERF ECS for this training course.
Large Goods Vehicle Category C+E
(Articulated Vehicles)
A Category C+E licence will enable you to drive an LGV goods vehicle weighing over 3500kg with a trailer exceeding 750kg. Since January 1997 it is now a legal requirement that you hold a Category C licence before you are able to progress onto C+E Training. We have a DAF 85 CF (full artic) for this training course.
